It is permanent, not time limited like the normal WeChat backup is. You have to use your QQ password to confirm the upload, something that may be risky for you if you send your SIM back to China. When you use WeChat through Bluestacks, WeChat sees it as a device with a specific identification code or IP address, maybe even a country code. Bluestacks is intercepting your interactions with WeChat, kind of like a translation app. Deal directly with WeChat and use a smart phone, not Bluestacks.
